Outline of Nurturing

The design of the new Nurturing System requires just a few changes in Dr. Inglis outlined design of our education system. These changes are highlighted in bold red. Nurturing serves the community instead of the society that supports the global elite. Cooperative function replaces the selective function, which shifts energy away from a hierarchy to the community, where we align with each other like magnets. Swapping the child’s and mentor’s roles reverses the energy flow away from top-down authority to a bottom-up beneficiary-trustee relationship; breaking with the rigor and mortis associated with education today.

Nurturing’s placement and function with Community: The Cooperative
